*QUALIFICATIONS:*
GEOLOGY (205)
- Master's or equivalent* degree in Geology
- Master's degree in a related field may be considered
- Several years related teaching experience at the post-secondary level preferred
- Ability to collaborate within a departmental team to achieve common objectives
- Excellent English communication skills essential
- Ideally the candidate would possess expertise in areas that complement the Geosciences Department, a community of scholars concerned about the climate crisis, inequality, colonialism, and social and environmental justice.

Bilingualism (English/French) and ability to teach in French are preferred, as in the context of Bill 96 and the changes to the Charte de la langue française, if there is a need, the candidate must be willing and able to teach in French.
